Melissa and Cory went through so many different changes with Covid regulations in re planning their wedding a couple different times. The whole day was able to be celebrated because Angela, their miracle worker of a wedding planner did the BEST job.
Mr. and Mrs. Everett got married at the United Methodist Church in Powell Ohio where a bag pipe player led the bride down the aisle with both of her parents by her side to meet her groom who was in awe of her beauty!
Their amazing bridal party stood outside in the twenty something degree weather to take their portraits…it was so wroth it! Plus, take note one the brides face that she doesn’t even look like she’s shivering. Melissa wore her sisters veil and grandmothers’s handkerchief as her something old and asked her sorority sisters for their pins that lined the bottom of her bouquet and snuck in a special blue bobby pin in her hair.
After we started to unthaw and enjoy dinner the room was filled with clinking glasses wanting the couple to smooch. This happened over and over throughout the whole night with the guest wanting them to kiss and kiss again! When it was time for the father daughter dance I’ve seen several different takes on the event before but this was a new one. Melissa and her father had pre recorded a song that they sang together and danced to. It doesn’t get anymore personal than that!
Even though things didn’t go as the original vision of the wedding… there were snowflakes, beautiful flowers, yummy food and the kindest family and friends there to join in Mr. and Mrs. Everett’s union as one. Congratulations to this couple who are truly best friends together.
